I just found out that people in other departments are being told that "There have been complaints" about their conversations. That's funny, we've been told the same thing.

Damn. That is just messed up, childish and a bunch of crap. Why are they trying to cause trouble between departments? What possible advantage could there be?

If we're busy enough fighting each other, we can't use our energy to bring them down. Or so the reasoning goes.

Yep. Same thing they use to keep racism going strong. If we are fighting each other over the color of our skin, we can't overthrow the Rich White Guys.
