Friends and loved ones!

I have come to a stalling point in my open-my-business-by-40 plan. So, if any of you know anyone who has some knowledge they are willing to share about applying for small business loans, please point me in their direction! I really need to find some business women who are familiar with the loan process.

It's so frustrating! I have everything else I need, I just can't seem to get over this one hurtle. Every day I sit at that job makes me understand just how much Deity intends for me to move on with my Path. If you've been reading me for any amount of time or know me IRL, you know that this message has been sent strongly for sometime now.

Call it God, Goddess, both or Muse. The time is now and the procrastinating and excuses aren't flying anymore. I believe that scrwtape calls it The Hammer of the Gods. If it keeps up, I'm going to get a celestial concussion.

I wish I had something useful to suggest. Unfortunately, every "business" that I've been associated with running so far, was funded with my income from my "day job." (And they all turned into ways to use Schedule C into a tax shelter, alas. Never have a joint bank account with the financially incompetent, even if it is a spouse. Life would have been easier if I'd followed this advice the first time!)

How long have you been getting the Hammer of the Gods on this? It seems to me that the financing bit would have been easier, oh, about three years ago.

About 3 weeks ago. My boss(es) are going out of their way to make me miserable. I've known that I need to do it for a while now, it has just become a 'quit stalling and quit making excuses!' with in the last few weeks.
