bghsmithNon-spoiler review of The Final Destination.
If the theater is not showing it in 3-D, don't bother. The characters are caricatures and not very compelling. You really don't care if they die. (Except the security guard, he had SOME dimension.) ((No pun intended.))
However, the 3-D effects are AWESOME!!! I really enjoyed the hell out of this movie and would recommend it (in 3-D) to any fan of horror. There is not a bunch of B&G, but the deaths are wonderfully freaky. Trust me, you will not leave going 'not enough blood' because you'll still be freaking over the crap flying out of the screen at you.
Short, they didn't spend a lot of time on the story since they were really having way too much fun with the deaths and the effects.
Plus I got MONDO cool swag!
