It seems that my productivity numbers go down when I'm working from the office.

Talk about mixed feelings! We got our property tax notice in the mail. Our taxes went down $1,000! Woohoo! Wait, our property value went down almost $10,000...

Wow, your property value only went down $10,000? As near as I can tell, mine's down around half of what I paid (in 1994), for a loss of ~$40,000. (Of course, I'm kinda sorta in the Detroit Metro area, which might be the place where real estate prices have fallen the most.)

Holy shit! Now that REALLY sucks. Lucky, our house is under valued by about 50 grand. They haven't done a physical exam of our house since the last owners did all of the renovations. Plus we added a 12X12 sun room.

Hell, we sure aren't going to tell them about the improvements!
